Titanilla Hennessey
A university graduate of linguistic science, originating from beautiful Budapest in Hungary.
‘Tita’ has spent time in Finland and now over 8 years in the UK.

With a background in hospitality and service, her customer service skills are second to none.
Craig Hennessey
With a wealth of experience and a love of wild food, the head chef, trained at Kendal College and has grown through gaining experience from the best establishments around the Lake District.

Living in Cumbria for 17 years previously operating, pubs, restaurants and event catering.
Now based in East Ayrshire
Gareth Kirkby
A world traveller and Festival DJ. Born in Cumbria, visiting 5 continents, and running 3 marathons.
He graduated Leeds university and has worked in hospitality for nearly 20 years.
