This Unique feature is because of naturally occurring variance in the plant. no two straws are ever the same. making each straw unique and special. just like a snowflake.
Our straws go through a natural cleaning process to remove any trace of dirt, or even insects. No chemicals, coatings or additives are added during the manufacturing process.
Plastic straws suck, so we went in search of a sustainable and biodegradable alternative. HAY! Straws are made from natural wheat stems and are the perfect solution for businesses and individuals looking to ditch plastic.
The straws are then dried through a commercial, food grade drying system to dry and sterilise the straws.
They are carefully checked for quality, then hand-packed into our cardboard boxes, adding the final plastic-free packaging touch.
Our main production facility is located in China , where we follow the the FDA's Food and Safety guidelines for producing food contact products. The production management team uphold the highest standards of occupational health and safety, and humane work hours and wages are enforced. The facilities are independently audited and we also visit every quarter to make sure the highest quality and ethical standards are being met.
